Home Checkups (Preventative Maintenance)
Just like a country doctor, we come to your home and help you from having your home deteriorate unknowingly. This service saves you $$ on costly repairs. When is that crack in the ceiling a roof issue? When is it a foundation issue? Let us help you diagnose the root of any home issue or concern so you know exactly what needs to be done. We can schedule regular check ups, or you can just call us out of the blue.
Home Monitoring
If you are going away for a while, either on business or pleasure, and you are concerned about the upkeep of your property while you are gone, we will actually "babysit" your house. Unlike a house sitter, we will just come by your house, make sure everything is secure and working properly, and if anything goes wrong that needs immediate attention, we will inform you immediately as well as take action so you can have peace of mind.
