Never owned a home before and feeling overwhelmed with house maintenance,? Do you generally not the first thing about how to care for a house? No shame! We would love to help you with that. We can set you on a great maintenance plan, show you common things to check in on regularly, and point out current issues you might need to take care of. We can even provide pointers on what would help with your landscape and outside "curb appeal" choices.
New Build Home Buyer
Unfortunately, new home construction is not of the highest quality. If you start finding things wrong, and have nowhere to turn, come to us. We can help you understand what will have to be done and take all of the guesswork out of it for you.
Going Away For A While?
Whether going away on a long business trip, or a dream vacation, if you would be concerned about the upkeep of your home while you are gone, let us do that for you. We will happily "babysit" your home. If something happens while you are gone, we will give you a full report. If it needs to be taken care of immediately, we can take care of that for you.

We can also monitor your home while you are away on business or a much needed vacation. We will regularly check in on your home while you are away, giving you piece of mind that everything is fine. If anything breaks or requires repairs, we can take care of them to make sure to avoid an even costlier repair down the line. This way you can focus on work or just sitting on the beach for a change.
Home Modification Consultant
Property Menders can come to your home and make suggestions as to what would increase the value of your home as well as increase it's curb appeal. This can be anything from landscaping to home improvements to proper lighting.
